Is it safe for my family and I to visit your resort?

We are committed to keeping you and your family as safe as possible during your visit to our resort.

  • Our staff has been trained to handle unsafe conditions and deal with emergency situations. They also have access to the proper personal protective equipment (PPE) should the situation warrant it.
  • Please comply with all staff instructions and requests. Their instructions and/or requests may be for the safety of you, other guests, or staff. Failure to comply may result in the loss of ticket.

If I want to remain flexible and not commit to a specific date, can I just show up?

Guests who pre-purchase tickets online will be guaranteed admission. Those who arrive without tickets will be admitted on a first come, first served basis, subject to availability.

Does everyone in my party need to purchase a ticket to enter the park?

No. Anyone can enjoy the natural beauty of our resort and the Berkshires. We even have hiking / walking trails that can be explored for free. However, we do ask those without tickets not to enter the queue lines for the rides or the chairlifts.
