Spring Fling

Make plans to join us for one of the best events of the season! Our Spring Fling is a celebration of longer days, warmer weather and goggle tans! The event features the Cardboard Box Derby, and of course, the annual Pond Skimming Contest. Events are FREE and registration is in Crane (West) Lodge, as follows:

Cardboard Box Derby; Lower Slingshot (under the Giant Swing). Prizes for most creative box, fastest time and slowest time. Awards & Prizes at the finish line, immediately following the race!
Rules:
-Box must be constructed out of cardboard and tape only. No other materials are allowed.
-No metal anywhere in the vehicle.
-All team members must ride in the box.
-Helmets are required.

Pond Skimming Contest (All ages); Alex’s Park
Will you make it across the pond? We certainly hope so, but that’s only part of it! The winner will be chosen based on a combination of distance, style, costume, and crowd reaction! Awards will be presented immediately following the event.
