- Jiminy Peak Mountain Resort is a drug free workplace. In the interest of providing a safe work environment for our employees and guests, employees may be required to under go a random drug & alcohol test while employed by Jiminy Peak Mountain Resort. Any employee involved in an accident while working at Jiminy Peak will be required to under go a drug and alcohol test. The testing will occur at a facility that has been designated by Jiminy Peak Mountain Resort. If an employee tests positive on a drug test will immediately be place on unpaid 30 day leave of absence and required to participate in EAP counseling. The employee will be subject to a follow-up drug test after the 30 day leave of absence. If negative the employee will be allowed to return to his/her duties. If positive the employee is subject to immediate termination.
- Your position may require you to go through a criminal background check or a motor vehicle check and your employment may or may not be based on the results of these checks.
- I understand my employment will be on a 60 day trial period at which time my continued employment will be based on the Resorts needs.
